- Address - so that we can send a taxi to your location and to help our drivers plan their routes.
- Name - so that the driver can confirm they are collecting the right person.
- Email - to send booking confirmations and receipts.
- Phone number - to contact you regarding your booking.
- Transactions - We are legally obliged by HMRC to keep accurate records of financial transactions.
- We don't collect or store your banking details. This is handled separately by our card payment processors.
- We store your information on secure servers located within the UK and EU.
- We share your information with our software provider (TaxiCaller Nordic AB) for the purpose of dispatching vehicles at the appropriate time.
- We never use your personal information for marketing.

We are required under Section 56(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 and local licensing by-laws to keep these details for a minimum of 6 months.
User and account details are automatically anonymised 3 years after your last login.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Handling taxi and other transportation bookings made by the User and managing the User's account.

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
